 Please allow 12-20 business days (average) for the items to arrive in the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada.

 For other countries, shipping may take 15-30 business days. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team, our team will be happy to assist you.

 As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number.

 If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate packages.

These are estimated delivery times and do not take into account any customs or postal service delays that may occur due to holidays. We recommend ordering early to ensure peace of mind for your holiday.

Our teams take extra care and take every possible step to ensure your package is handled safely and responsibly. This in no way affects our shipping times, and as of now, our carriers have declared no late deliveries.

1.Returns are welcome anytime within 14 days of vour original receipt of vour orderYou will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.Refunds are issued as store-credit.

4.If you are approved, we will send you vour store credit by email, The original shipping costof $5 is non refundable.

Damaged/not as described product:

1.If the item is not as described or damaged, you are welcome to return it anytime within 7 days of your original order receipt. Simply return the item to us for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

2.To arrange your return, please email with your receipt or proof of purchase and a picture of the item showing the problem.

We often wish to save you the hassle of shipping a defective product back to us, when you contact us please send us a photo of the product that clearly shows the problem you are experiencing, it will help us go faster to serve you!
